Clothing for the Future
Learn about our production process
02 - Sampling
Whether you pay a sample fee or place a production deposit for a free sample, we will always start by providing you with a sample to ensure all aspects of the garment design and sizing are approved before moving ahead with a bulk order. A sample will be a representation of your finished product in terms of branding, sizing, and materials.
03 - Production Order
Once your sample is approved, we will send you a bulk order form for your approval. This will include the design, composition, colours, sample comments, fit comments, size breakdown and product finishing.
04 - Material Purchasing
Once the order form is approved, we will start the manufacturing process of your garments. The first step is to order fabric or start the fabric production if this needs to be custom made.
05 - Pattern Creation
Whilst your fabric has been ordered, we will start producing the patterns/toils for each of your sizes based on the final measurements approved.
06 - Fabric Cutting
After the fabric arrives and the patterns have been created and checked we will cut the fabrics for each panel.
07 - Printing/Embroidery
The panels will then be sent to have any prints/embroidery approved for the order applied before going to the stitching department.
08 - Stitching
All panels will be stitched together to complete the garment construction.
09 - Garment Finishing
The garments will then be pressed, and any tags such as hang tags, will be added at this stage
10 - Quality Control
Our experience QC team will check the stitching, sizing, prints, embroidery, and general garment quality before giving us the green light to prepare the completed garments for delivery.
11 - Packing
The garments are then boxed up and a packing list is made with the sizes and style contents in each box.
12 - Freight
We will then give you the different freight options and prices for your order before authorising the delivery process to start. If you have your own freight agent, we can deliver the goods directly to them, although most of our clients opt to work with our freight agents.
01 - Design & Quotation
Once we establish your garment design, sizing, material, and other essential details, we will provide you with a sampling and estimated production quotation. If you do not already have these details, we can work with you to create CADS, tech packs and size charts.
